Based on the hugely popular memoir of the same name and directed by 'Turner & Hooch's Roger Spottiswoode, 'A Streetcat Named Bob' tells the true story of Luke Bowen, a recovering heroin addict and Covent Garden busker played by Luke Treadaway who soon found online fame when he partnered up with a stray ginger tom. The story of a man and his cat may not sound very cinematic but thanks to a great central performance from Treadaway and the downright adorable cuteness of the titular moggy (played by the real-life Bob) 'A Streetcat Named Bob' is a charming Christmas tale of courage and friendship that should please cat and dog fans alike.
